Ingr:
2 quarts fresh strawberries
Sugar
1 Pt vanilla ice cream
1 cup whipping cream
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup Cointreau ( or Grand Marnier)
Wash and stem berries, sweeten to taste. Whip theice cream slightly. Whip th cream until very stiff and fold into ic cream. Add lemon juice and Cointreau, stir. Pour over berries. Serve in frosted bowls.
