Ingr:
1 pint (2 cups) sour cream
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
1/8 salt
1 lb can crushed pineapple -- drained
1/2 cup walnuts -- ground or crushed
Mix sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Add remaining ingredients and pour into medium-sized muffin tins which have been sprayed with PAM or lined with paper cups. Freeze until firm. Remove the papers
