Mexican Corn Bread


Ingr:
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 cup cream-style corn
1 cup sour creaqm
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Jalapeno peppers to taste

Combine above ingredientsin a bowl. Pour 1/2 of the above mix into a baking dish. Add 1/2 inch grated cheese. Then, pour the other half of the mix on top of the cheese. Then top with an additional 1/2 inch of grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until top is golden brown. Enjoy!
